TAU è l’acronimo di Tamara, Azzurra e Ursula, tre amiche che hanno messo insieme le loro fantastiche abilità e il desiderio di scrivere una nuova pagina nel quadro dell’artigianalità mediterranea. 

Il tema del viaggio è centrale nella progettualità di queste donne dall'impronta siculo-tedesca  che, provenienti da formazione e culture diverse, hanno voluto ridisegnare  il profilo dei loro interessi nutrendolo di insoliti e innovativi spunti creativi,  guardando alle origini e alla radice dell’ ingegnosa operosità dell’ Homo faber.

TAU è aggiustare i giorni scommettendo su un’idea di domani e di imprenditorialità  smarrita tra le pieghe di una tecnologia sempre più dilagante e prorompente.

Nella prospettiva di una sfida nei confronti di un orizzonte fragile e precario, di un immobilismo straripante, di connessioni adagiate sulla stagnazione di mentalità offuscate dal pensiero unico, TAU riparte  dal bisogno di spezzare i canoni precostituiti per ritagliarsi un angolo di verità. 

Il disegno di Tau è quello di dare slancio ad un mercato asfittico, di attrarre  estimatori da tutto il mondo, di riscoprire un nuovo modo di stare insieme, di regalare un sogno a chi l’ha perso.

Nella direzione del più rigoroso ricorso alla manualità e qualità delle materie prime, mette insieme mente e cuore nella realizzazione di prodotti con stoffe provenienti dai vari angoli del pianeta , uniti a pregiati lavori di crochet e maglia con filati raffinati  e originali ricette salutiste. 

Finora due le serie realizzate, una con cotone wax di origine africana e l’altra con preziosa tela decorata a mano confezionata in India, set numerati e in edizione limitata.

Dice Tamara, esperta di cucina naturale e addetta marketing e vendite del gruppo “Tau è crocevia di infiniti, è un momento tra donne, è colore e amicizia, è sferruzzare, tagliare, cucire, immaginare, ridere e scherzare. É un volo di leggerezza”.

Aggiunge Ursula, maga del cucito “Tau è casa, è un progetto in divenire che cavalca un’onda creativa seguendo un movimento ciclico instancabile”.

E proprio questo è il carattere di Tau, la forza e la fiducia che il futuro possa riservare nuove emozioni, cancellare l’amarezza dei tempi e diffondere morbido senso di benessere a tutti coloro che vorranno accostarsi all’approccio costruito da TAU.

“Edificare ponti e occasioni di socialità e incontro in un’ottica inclusiva ed etica, nell'intima consapevolezza che la manualità sia il segreto per una vita felice”, conclude Azzurra, mentre si discute sulle prossime avventure che le nostre amiche intraprenderanno nei mesi a venire e alle mete di viaggio già in programma.

TAU is the acronym of Tamara, Azzurra and Ursula, three friends who have put together their skills and expertise and the desire to write a new page in the framework of Mediterranean craftsmanship.

The theme of travel is central in the planning of these women with a Sicilian German imprint who, coming from different backgrounds and cultures, wanted to redesign the profile of their interests, nourishing it with unusual and innovative creative ideas, while looking at the origins and root of the activity of Homo faber .

TAU is fixing the days by betting on an idea of tomorrow and of entrepreneurship lost in the folds of an increasingly rampant and explosive technology.

In the perspective of a bet against a fragile and precarious horizon, of an overflowing immobility, of connections resting on the stagnation of mentalities clouded by single thought, TAU starts again from the need to break pre-established canons to carve out a corner of truth.

Tau's plan is to give impetus to an asphyxiated market, to attract admirers from all over the world, to rediscover a new way of being together, to give a dream to those who have lost it.

In the direction of the most rigorous use of craftsmanship and quality of raw materials, she puts her mind and heart together in the creation of products with fabrics from various corners of the world, combined with fine crochet and knitting work with refined yarns and original healthy recipes.

Two series have been created so far, one with wax cotton of African origin and the other with precious hand-decorated canvas made in India, numbered and limited edition sets.

Tamara says,  natural cuisine expert and marketing and sales manager of the group 

“Tau is a crossroads of infinities, it's a moment between women, it's color and friendship, it's knitting, cutting, sewing, imagining, laughing and joking. She is a flight of lightness. In the background the scent of ginger, cinnamon and coconut oil”

Ursula, the sewing expert, adds: “Tau is home, it is an ongoing project that rides a creative wave following a tireless cyclical movement”.

And this is precisely the character of Tau, the strength and confidence that the future can hold new perspectives, erase the bitterness of the times and give a soft sense of well-being to all those who want to approach the approach built by TAU.

“Building bridges and opportunities for socializing and meeting in an inclusive and ethical perspective” concludes Azzurra, while discussing the next adventures that our friends will undertake in the coming months and the travel destinations already planned.
